Feeling Bookish

May 21, 2010

The other day on the way to the gym I found myself behind a Bookmobile and¬†was more than a little¬†surprised to see that libraries still have them. Very cool in this day and age of Kindles, Nooks, and iPads to see a throwback to the printed word….though living in the heart of Silicon Valley it may have been a rolling download center for eBooks.

Personally, I prefer old fashioned paper books to reading long works, be they Operating Procedures for work or a novel, on my computer screen. Too many bad PDFs, I suppose.
